Calypso's Commissions 

 By contacting me for a commission and fulfilling payment, you are agreeing to my following terms of service:

 

 

• I reserve the right to decline any commission. This does not mean you can’t try again in the future.

• Once a commission is started, I will only refund a portion of the amount depending on how much of the   commission is completed.  I reserve the right to scrap any progress made or use it for something else.

• If the commission is completed, I cannot refund anything, and you will receive the completed piece.

• Please ensure that you are financially stable before commissioning.

• You are paying for my labor and my time, not the rights to the art piece I'm drawing for you.

• Any commission from me is for personal use only.

• I will not start working on a commission until full payment has been received. 

• Payment is through PayPal only, and must be in USD.

• Do not pester me to complete your commission faster. I don't work to deadlines.

• If you have fallen silent to your commission after a month (after payment is made), I will halt your commission until I receive some form of communication that you are still interested in my services. 

• If you fall silent to a commission after 1 week (before any payment is made) I will assume you don't want the commission, and will remove you from my queue to free up space.

• Once a commission is payed for, your commission slot is guaranteed, and will be completed unless you request a refund and back out. In the rare circumstance I cannot complete a commission (medical reasons or otherwise), you will have the entire cost refunded to you regardless of how far I've gotten into the commission. 

• I will send a WIP picture of the sketch to confirm you're with the design so I can move forward with completing your commission. I will not send any further WIP pictures unless you ask for them.

• If you give me free reign, and I come up with a sketch you don’t like (I.E you want an entirely different pose) I reserve the right to charge a fee for the change, or refuse to change it at all.

• Have all references handy before commissioning. (The only exception to this is if you're commissioning me to make an entirely new character)

• Please don’t think that when you commission me we are suddenly friends.

• That being said, please understand that if you commission me, it is work. Don't take offense if I'm not interested in chatting with you. I am trying to get work done. I will of course be polite and friendly, but I really don't have the time to talk.

• Please speak clearly when communicating about commissions. No slang.

• I reserve all rights to the art pieces I create. I will state when a piece is a commission for anyone and ALWAYS state who the original character belongs to.

• You may post art pieces you commissioned from me on social media, but you MUST credit me as the artist and you MUST keep my signature/watermark on the image.

• You CAN NOT claim my work as your own and you MUST give credit to me via social media links.

• Everything I draw  may be used to promote myself for profit or non-profit (Yes, I may sell prints of your commission, use it as an example, or otherwise.)

• By commissioning me for art, you are agreeing to use it only for personal purposes, including but not limited to icons, wallpapers, themes, and avatars.

• Do not post my artwork online for profit (prints, t-shirts, etc.) Again,my art is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you want your own print/t-shirt/merch of the item, you can request that I put it up onto a website. If so, I will most likely put it on RedBubble.

• I will NOT allow edits for anything that you did not clearly express/state in your original commission information before I accepted/started work on your commission. Minor edits are fine (I.E. flipping the image, adding a color filter over it, etc.).

• Anthros, feral, humans, dragons, and most animals

• My character with yours

• Non-explicit, SWF kinks/fetishes

• Mild NSFW (nudity only)

• Adoptables

• YCH art 

• Fan art of cartoons or video game characters

• Gore & candy gore 

• Smoking, drug/alcohol use, socks/stockings, some immobilization (bondage), nonsexual piercings, etc. Pretty much anything so long as its not pornography.

What I will NOT draw:​

• Pornography

• Explicit kink/fetish acts

• Any kind of racist, sexist, homophobic, or religion-bashing art

• NSFW art of your character with mine

• Rape, diapers, scat, vomit, zoophilia, pedophilia, necrophilia, inflation, toys, watersports, etc.

• Complex architecture designs 

• Robot/cyborg designs
